    CLIENT IDENTIFICATION NOTICE
    When a customer starts a training program or purchases retail products with any entity within the ESG family of companies, we will ask for the customer's name, address, his or her date of birth, school name, and sport. We may also request to see a valid driver's license or other approved identifying documents during the purchasing process. In all cases, ESG is committed to protecting the privacy and identity of each of its customers.

    This Policy supersedes all previous notices or statements about practices described in this Policy. You should retain a copy of this Policy for your records. We may make changes to our Policy and will inform you of those changes as required by law. Active customers will receive an annual notification, as required by law.   • Our products are made in Finland from the highest quality materials and are constructed to provide comfort and durability. We offer the following Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects.

    One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects
    For one year from the date of purchase, Hasanen Power Wear will repair or replace the item (at our option) if defective in material workmanship. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding damage resulting from consumer misuse or neglect or for any consequential damages arising out of the use of the products.

    If you don't like your Power Wear products, just return them within 30 days and we will refund you your money. (Hasanen Power Wear reserves the right to deny a return if the product is damaged)

    One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects
    In order to get resolution and proper credit or replacement to your warranty issue a return authorization is necessary before returning any items to Hasanen Power Wear. Please contact us via email at jbexceleration@nycap.rr.com for a return authorization.
